Terms and conditions

Please make sure your order is correct before placing it, once the order is placed we will not be able to modify it. Please contact us to request order cancellation if needed.

All orders will ship within 2-4 business days, after that please allow 2-7 business days for delivery. Orders are not processed on the weekend or holidays. We will contact you if an item is out of stock. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.

Delohana Bikinis is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are confirmed delivered by tracking. The customer is responsible for any loss or damage of these items. 

The customer is responsible for providing accurate shipping details and will be held liable for any fees incurred for orders returned to us for inaccurate delivery information. 

 

Domestic shipping

We offer free domestic standard shipping on all orders.

 

International shipping

All orders outside of the United States are considered international orders. Please contact us directly to arrange shipping to your destination. Taxes, Duties and any other fees are responsibility of the customer.
