Returns and Exchanges
What is our return policy?
We offer refunds for any items that are eligible for return within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. All swimwear must be unworn in new condition with tags attached. Please remove the used liner before packing the item to send back. All returns must be in the original packaging.
How do I start a return?
Note: We do not provide return labels for international orders. Customer is responsible for all applicable tax and duties.
Can I track the return?
Yes, please use the tracking number on the return label you purchase to trace the package.
How soon will I get my refund?
Refunds will be processed when your return is scanned by us. Please allow 2-5 business days for the refund to show up on your credit statement.
Can I exchange an item?
We are currently not offering exchanges so you will need to return your items and place a new order. If you have any questions please contact us.
